  • Gold Target for Week of August 31st

Posted on August 31st, 2009 Chris P. No comments

    Buy: $947 | Stop: $942 | Target: $983 | Quick Target: $968

Look at this chart below! We have been in limbo for the past month forming a triangle formation. After drawing the trendlines and looking closely at the triangle formation, I’m confident that we broke the upper trendline on Friday. This being said, the upside should be strong and fast. September should be a very big month for Gold, possible breaking the $1000 mark and finally holding. For the short term, I expect gold to hit $968 for my quick target and $983 for my high target. Enjoy trading!

    Buy: $955 | Stop: $947 | Target: $985 | Quick Target: $972

Last week hit our target! The charts worked out perfectly. We easily hit $971 during the week and retracted back to $955. I believe $955 is a great buy opportunity and we should easily see $985 this week. So far during premarket gold is sitting a very attractive buy price. If we fall below $947, all my bets are off. Good luck trading!

Questrade Stock Brokerage & Forex Dealer

I love when I have something positive to say about a brokerage. After having a nightmare with Interactive Brokers, any good experiences with brokerages will have to be met with a positive review.

Originally when I joined Questrade they looked solid but their customer service was rediculously slow. After running into problems with my FOREX account, I called up customer service without waiting for more then 1 minute. In the past, I waited days for a respone or any type of help. It’s safe to say that Questrade is making their way up. They definitely stepped up their customer service game! Kudos to Questrade… expect a full review in the coming month.
