It’s always extremely difficult to fight a trend, and in this case selling gold is doing exactly that. Like I’ve said in previous posts, we are entering the largest bull in history but on the way we are going to see pullbacks and corrections. Instead of shorting gold at this point, I’ve only liquidated my positions and taken a short on the QQQQ and SPY.  Since we are in a bull market, my short targets are very tight, but if I were to loosen them up, I can definitely see gold getting back to the 1075-1080 range before it decides to climb back up.

Hey guys, I don’t see gold breaking past the $1150 barrier this week although I see it in the future cards. Look for the quick move up to $1135 and start your buying around $1115. For all the gold bugs out there, we should be at $1500 right now but you can thank the Euro zone for ruining that party. Until Greece figures out their debt problems, gold will not be off to the races. Happy trading!

Finally! I’m a bull once again . After a dreaded downward and sideways cycle I can finally call myself a gold bull again. I’m back heavy on gold with buys in ABX and NGD. I really think we will see a big miner jump on this next run. At the same time you can expect a rebound with the Euro and Pound currencies. I’m buying when gold hits $1130 and selling at $1155. I’ll keep everyone update since I’m finally back in the action

I hate those sidelines!

Some people have expressed some concern with my lack of updates recently. Well to keep it short, everyone fell in love when I told them to sell at $1180, so I can understand My position has remained a SELL since November 24th, so I figured there was no need to make any update. Today I’m moving into a neutral position which should turn into a BUY sometime in the second half of this month. Gold is approaching the 50-day MA and I can’t really see gold falling below that. That being said, if gold falls below $1120 I’m a bear and if gold moves past $1145, I’m a bull, whichever comes first.

Gold is moving up and the charts keep getting stronger on the daily, but only on the daily. Right now we are open game for $1180.40 on the daily but I’ve taken notice that our weekly and monthly charts are extremely over stretched. At this point I would take profits in gold and stay on the sidelines. I’m anticipating a large drop before the end of November. Hopefully we will find a good buy opportunity sometime in December, but at this point I’m making the call to take profits. Enjoy trading everyone.

Wow, what a rally we are seeing. We are making new record highs every week and I’m guessing all my readers are cashing in non stop. I feel that we might peak out at 1135 during this week and go sideways for a week or two. I still think there is a play for the upside during this week but I’d definitely play with caution. Well if you read my last gold report, you are laughing to the bank. Gold has surged and I believe we will see it continue to surge the same way we saw oil a year ago. $1110 is my high target and would be the first place I take my profits. I see a large support sitting at $1075 so anything above that mark would be my buying opportunity. If you want to play gold more aggressively, make your buy around $1085-90. Enjoy trading everyone!

I believe gold made the pull back that we were all looking for and currencies took a huge dip against the USD as well. Right now I feel that we are at the breaking point for commodities and currencies. We should rebound up big this week or we might end up seeing the downside very heavily. Gold is tightening up, which is a GREAT thing. It should eventually lead into a full break out but this week we might see some see-saw action between 1045 and 1070. I believe gold will make its run to $1100 sometime next week. At the very same time gold could make the approach to $1100 this week depending on what the currency decides to do. Lately gold has been following technicals like a book. Near the end of last week we had the perfect pull back, down to $1043. This week I expect to make our run towards $1100, and if all goes well we should be able to make a new high at $1082. I’m 100% bull on gold right now and I’m extremely bear on the USD.
